Of the many special projects undertaken by W. O’Dwyer Ltd the most recent is the development at 13 Addison Crescent. The contract included secant piling in close proximity to the boundary and deep excavation of a basement. The project included a structural refurbishment to the existing 19th century house in compliance with Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea conservation regulations for the Holland Park area.
